Growing up, he didn’t have a gym to work out in, so he relied on sports to stay in shape. His father taught him the importance of staying in shape at a young age, teaching him how to do pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups. But it wasn’t until he moved to the United States from Belarus that he found his love for lifting weights that things began to change for him.
